2 through 10 count at face value, i.e. a 2 counts as two, a 9 counts as nine.
Face cards (J,Q,K) count as 10.
Ace can count as a 1 or an 11 depending on which value helps the hand the most.
General
The amount of $XRP you choose to play with is for a single match only, not the amount to play with over time.
The closest hand to 21 wins the match.
'Hit' will deal another card to the Players from the deck.
'Stay' will signal to the Dealer that you are done hitting and the Dealer will take their turn.
If Player OR Dealer draw and go over 21 they will automatically 'Bust' (lose).
If the Dealer and Player both end with the same score it will result in a 'Push' (tie). A 'Push' will result in the Player getting their amount played with returned.
If Player gets a total card value of 21 on the first 2 cards (Blackjack) they automatically win, unless Dealer has a 21 also which results in a 'Push' (tie).
If the Dealer is dealt 21 (or Blackjack) on the first two cards, the hand will play out allowing the Player to 'Hit', 'Double', or 'Split'. This gives the Player the ability to tie with the Dealer and not automatically lose.
'Double' & 'Split' options are only available on the first 2 cards dealt.
Player cannot 'Double' after splitting a hand.
Split
If Player is dealt 2 cards with the same value in the beginning they will have the option to 'Split' which will double the chosen amount played with, split the 2 cards into two separate hands, and deal one card to each hand. Allowing the Player to play both hands in the one game.
Splitting a hand is only available on the first initial hand.
Double
'Double' will double the chosen amount of $XRP played with.
A Player is only allowed to 'Double' on their initial hand.
After selecting 'Double' the Player will be dealt 1 additional card then their turn will be over, and the game will play out.
A 'Double' can not be played after Splitting a hand.
